Cert finally sorted!

Finally after a few weeks the cert has finally arrived and the R is fully road legal again :) here are some pics:

Suspension update!

All sorted!  Took the rears to Autolign to swap the springs over and they were nice enough to do it for free! Was super happy and by 2pm I had installed it.  Was a pretty good drive, just a little more paranoid where I go now hehe A shame that while the weather was good I couldn't take some photos.  However, I did catch some in the garage.  Here are the results:

That's it for now on updates, I'll be going on holiday for a few months so won't be by my car's side :( However, will update once I get the cert for suspension done in December (Thank you sis) :-D

Suspension Update!

Howdy people,

Swapped over suspension as planned today.  Went well but upon lowering the car back down, found the rear suspension to be too low!!! I won't be comfortable driving with the butt nearly scraping on the ground.  Therefore I'll head over to Autolign again and get the rear springs swapped over to the original Tein springs.  I'll update the Maintenance 101 and Modifications pages then.  So until then, I'll drop some of these pictures:

Howdy all, just a little big update.  Sorry that it's taken this long but finally the Teins are going in! Will update the modifications page on the suspension section when it's done.  Catch ya'll soon!

Blog Revamp!

Howdy all!

Been a while, but had a free day today so spent all day revamping and organising this blog!  Just a little run through but yup, I will be doing blogs every now and then and at the same time, I'll update the corresponding pages as well.  So in other words, as I write up a short blog about tips or modifying, I'll update the corresponding section it's found in whether it is the Maintenance 101 or Modification sections.  Anyhow, it's getting late so gotta get some rest! If I'm able to write up on something tomorrow I'll be sure to post it up :-D

This is my first blog and first among many.  This blog will mainly cater to the building/modifying of my car and its hope of finishing in time for the 2013 V4 and Rotary National Show, which I hope by then she will be ready to enter.  Though I would love to enter in the 2012's edition of the show but realistically, I believe that the 2013 show will be a more achievable target point due to limited funds (fail being a student!). So without further a due, let's get the blogging kick started!
